A few weeks after the keynote address I referenced in last week’s blog, I gave a talk at the 5th Essence Education Forum (EEF).  The title of my talk was: Using Essence to Teach Software Practitioners in Industry

In this talk I explain what is different about teaching software practitioners in industry from teaching university students.  I also motivate why university professors might want to consider the approach I use in industry to better prepare our university students for the challenges they are certain to meet.
