How “big data” is being used to misinform and how to get better at fighting back


  1. Paul, great example of your Essence framework and problem solving. In my book Moving On – Getting the Most From the Sale if Your Small Business I describe the benefit of creating a financial model of a sellers business and the power of using that model as a sales tool. Allowing a potential buyer to play “What if” is a convincing way to convince them of the value of the business. I used this model to show the multiplying effect of a small investment in a SaaS business. It clearly demonstrated something the buyer couldn’t otherwise see. Great blog. You are spot on as usual.
